Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Sprong Shoes. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns may be requested within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached and original packaging included. Shoes should be tried on indoors only and may not show signs of wear. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or special-order items
- Personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post refunds.
